MASTERPIECE- HEIRS OF FREEDOM ALBUM REVIEW

Here is a band coming ALL the way from the land of Brazil known as Masterpiece. With the newest release Heirs of Freedom is a great album. With the sounds of thrash metal and a strong
combination of a slight hardcore edge is the vibes I get out of this band. They also have a stoner metal sound vocally and musically as well. It reminds me of early Corrosion of Conformity & Sick of It All a bit. Very edge driven music, indeed. This band has caught my eyes and ears with a killer groove in their riffs as well as awesome drumming. I think their might be a slight Metallica influence in their way of writing, and some Sepultura & Chimaira. If you like music from different countries, give these guys a shot. The intros are pretty long, but I actually dig these guys. For being something new for my ears to jam to, I give this album a 5/5 stars based on the creative minds of these guys. If you're into some of the bands I've mentioned, then you should really give this band your ears. With 11 groove laden songs, this band will get you on the ground to have fun with it. Until next time metal heads around the globe, this is EVILVENGEANCE666 keep it METAL, keep it extreme, keep it real and most of all...KEEP THOSE HORNS UP!!! \m/-_-\m/
