CRYOGEN- CONTINUUM (ALBUM REVIEW)

Here comes a promising melodic death metal band from Colorado known as Cryogen. This band has created 5 albums prior to this one known as Continuum which I believe is one of the best metal releases out there on the market right now. Outstanding production is what makes Continuum stand out as a big deal from the sound, the songs & most of all how it's gripping to the listener. Think of early In Flames, Lamb of God & All Shall Perish to name a few of what this band sounds like. The vocals are pretty easy to understand, and that's what I find to be one asset of Cryogen which proves that not all vocalists are the same. Melodic, brutal & straight up metal that destroys a shit ton of bands out there nowadays. Cryogen's sound is just impeccable and astonishing. If you're into the bands I have mentioned, then don't hesitate to go to your local music retailer and hit them up and demand this for your music collection. Sharing the stage with many acts like Kittie, God Forbid, Skinlab, Divine Heresy & a few others will please new fans and listeners alike to Cryogen, that is if they haven't heard them before. Cryogen is unique in their own way. Other than that, they pull of some stuff that some bands can't or won't these days. The band has been around since 2004, so for the past 10 years some people have been hiding under a rock and have probably missed what Cryogen is capable of doing with their music. With all that said, I'm gonna give this album an 8/10 stars. However, I can definitely see this band getting angrier and more aggressive over time. My personal favorite track of of this album is Machine. Also, might I add the fact Cryogen, pulls off by far an AMAZING cover of the legendary song Heartwork, originally done by Carcass. Until next time metalheads, this is EVILVENGEANCE666 signing off and reminding you to do the following things: KEEP SUPPORTING UNDERGROUND METAL, SUPPORT CRYOGEN, SUPPORT UNDERGROUND NOISE & MOST OF ALL: KEEP YOUR HORNS HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! \m/-_-\m/

PARASITIC EJACULATION- RATIONING THE SACRED HUMAN REMAINS (ALBUM REVIEW)

Extreme gurgle gutturals, slamming you face first repeatedly into concrete drums, thick yet deep bass tones & ear wrenching guitars which leave eardrums blistered by the piercing sounds of the pinched harmonics along with great ferocious brutal chugs for breakdowns and speed is what makes this four piece band known as Parasitic Ejaculation. Being a debut album, Rationing The Sacred Human Remains is one that will please fans of Kraanium, Devourment, Goemagot, Abominable Putridity, Gape, Inherit Disease, Deeds of Flesh & Odious Mortem to name several. Some may think of the artwork to be disturbing, so what..that is what makes the album sell to those who it appeals to. However while looking at it, did you notice how it's pretty similar to Brain Drill's debut album art from Apocalyptic Feasting? I'm not saying that Parasitic Ejaculation is trying to rip them off as far as artwork goes, but it does look almost the same. Despite that fact, this band is blasting from California and making heads spin left and right with an awesome debut album on Ghastly Music Records. If you look at the above picture of them, they look pretty damn happy if you ask me. So if you're into the extreme slamming brutal death metal that's out there nowadays like the bands I've mentioned before, then don't let Parasitic Ejaculation slip by you, one listen and you'll be hooked. Containing some samples for intros to some songs is always a plus. Rationing The Sacred Human Remains is getting a 9/10 stars. So my metalhead friends out there, KEEP SUPPORTING UNDERGROUND METAL, SUPPORT PARASITIC EJACULATION, SUPPORT UNDERGROUND NOISE...AND MOST OF ALL: KEEP YOUR HORNS HIGH!!!! EVILVENGEANCE666 \m/-_-\m/

Here comes an epic blend of stunning Black Metal, Thrash Metal & Death Metal. Having a strong force of speed, precision, technicality, harmony, melody & brutality is what has fueled and formulated this badass four piece band from Nevada known as Blasphemous Creation. Clearly, this album is just beyond incredible from start to finish. Filled with intricate riffs and solos will make any metal fan headbang and will leave them begging for MORE!
